Instructions
- Heat a nonstick skillet over medium heat and lightly coat with oil or butter.
- Crack the egg into the pan and gently break the yolk, spreading it slightly to create an even layer. Season with a pinch of salt.
- While the top of the egg is still wet, place the tortilla directly on top of the egg and press lightly so it sticks together.
- Once the egg is set and the tortilla is warmed through, carefully flip so the tortilla is on the bottom of the pan.
