Hi Sue, we encourage you to give it a try! Doubling the recipe should work for the larger pan.
So delicious!! Kids loved them and said it looked like a strawberry pie until I cut them into little squares. I used all purpose flour because that’s what I had and recipe was just as good. I would’ve liked the top crumble pieces to stick better to the jam, but overall taste great! Just a little messy for the toddlers, but what toddler isn’t messy?! :)
