- Pinch kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375° and line a 9x9 baking pan with parchment paper.
- Stir together dry ingredients in a bowl (oats, baking powder, cinnamon, salt)
- In a separate large bowl, whisk together wet ingredients (eggs, maple syrup, vanilla, melted butter, apple sauce)
- Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir to combine.
- Add diced apples and stir to combine.
- Pour batter into prepared pan and bake for 35-40 minutes or until lightly golden brown and middle is set.
- Meanwhile, whisk together all glaze ingredients and refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Cool for 15 minutes before cutting into 9-12 pieces.
- Serve warm with yogurt glaze drizzled over the top.
