Quiche may feel like a special occasion dish, but this one is so easy to make that you'll find yourself drawn to the kitchen on a weekday morning. Filled to the brim with fresh asparagus, spinach, and peas, a slice of easy, cheesy quiche will help you start the day off on the right foot!
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350F. While oven preheats, line a standard pie dish with your homemade or store-bought crust, crimping the edges if desired.
- Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk until yolks are broken up.
- Add milk to eggs and whisk until uniform.
- To milk and egg mixture, add vegetables, both cheeses, and dill. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then briefly whisk to combine.
- Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until quiche is fully set and golden brown on top.
- Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
