Quiche may feel like a special occasion dish, but this one is so easy to make that you'll find yourself drawn to the kitchen on a weekday morning. Filled to the brim with fresh asparagus, spinach, and peas, a slice of easy, cheesy quiche will help you start the day off on the right foot!

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350F. While oven preheats, line a standard pie dish with your homemade or store-bought crust, crimping the edges if desired.
  2. Crack eggs into a large bowl and whisk until yolks are broken up.
  3. Add milk to eggs and whisk until uniform.
  4. To milk and egg mixture, add vegetables, both cheeses, and dill. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper, then briefly whisk to combine.
  5. Pour mixture into prepared pie crust and bake for 50-60 minutes, or until quiche is fully set and golden brown on top.
  6. Let cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing and serving.
